These are my "Granddogs." Bocephus, aka Bo-Bo, aka Bo. He's pretty old. He can still do some tricks though.

It is challenging for him to put up with the antics of the "new kid," Chihuly.

Chihuly is named after Dale Chihuly, the glass sculpting artist, because of the eye patch. He's much bigger than this now. Chihuly has somehow broken through to Mr. Wd. He has never bonded with any other pet like he has with Chihuly, since I've known him. Even my daughter, son-in-law and both grandsons are surprised at how Grandpa acts around this dog! As you can see, Chihuly thinks Grandma is sweet! LOL!

Our two parrots, Ruby is a 13 year old Vosmaeri Marie Eclectus and Lucky is a 10 year old Yellow Nape Amazon, both still babies, average life span for both is about 65 years.

I forgot how amazing parrots can be. They look regal. My grandmother had one forever and when she was moved to a nursing home they did not allow pets of any kind. Grandma was upset so my uncle would smuggle her parrot in. After a while everyone knew about it and ALL the residents began complaining that grandma could not have her parrot, so the nursing home allowed it. The parrot was therapy for all those residents.

I do not. Mom is a grey striped cat, a rescue and she was pregnant with Tigger (in the Tunnel) and oynx, his sister also black.

Well, they are all cute. One big, happy family. Rescue pets make great pets as you are already aware .

So......... the dogs were on better behaviour than the rest of your human participants I can just picture JG on the other side of the fence blowing his dog whistle. They are all cute and look to still be active.

All these pets sure look like they are happy . Except how can you tell when the parrots are happy ? They bite or something when not happy ?
