Obama to Sign U.N. Firearms Treaty Rejected by Senate

How is that possible when no treaty can trump the constitution? It is impossible. Period. This is a fact not opinion.


The Supreme Court has held that “No doubt the great body of private relations usually fall within the control of the State, but a treaty may override its power” (Missouri v. Holland)


You may be willing to gamble with your grandkids rights and freedoms, I am not.... That is a fact, not an opinion...

And again I point out the majority of the US senate disagrees with you.....

The senate vote has absolutely nothing to do with its "constitutionality".

It has everything to do with USA not being a part of the treaty.....President can not enter into any treaty with out Senate approval and not just a simple majority, it takes 2/3 senate majority for it to be passed....That is "Constitutionality"....
