There’s an old lamp in my grandparents house that has a little round part for a table to set drinks or whatever and a bunch of knobs sticking out around the round part that are similar, although they are just wood but maybe something similar?

Cabinet pull...?

It is cast(seam) If it's non magnetic and not brass, I would guess it's pot metal of some sort.

(I am thinking it might be a tip to an arrow like ones used in target practice?)

I can see that possibility, a "Bird Point" that won't get stuck in a tree.

The wood inside the appears to have a cut cross grain surface and a hole in it. The wood cut appears to be exactly 90 degrees. The wood seems recessed a bit from the rim of the metal and there do not seem to be saw teeth marks in the metal as there likely would be if the wood was cut after it was in the metal. So my conclusion is that the wood was cut before it was inserted in the metal. If the wood were a broken arrow shaft, the break would be splintery. I'm thinking that a short piece of dowel was cut and put into the metal. Then it was screwed onto a drawer front by having the screw sticking out and this piece held and the screw turned into the wood by a screwdriver held inside the drawer. One thing against this idea is that the possible screw hole is not exactly in the center of the piece.
It's a fun and interesting puzzle!

#8. Another odd piece. I don't know the type of metal, but it is not magnetic. This also has a piece of wood in it. Any ideas? Thanks!
Detector find, or an eyeball find?

We used to have a old chevy. One winter around 1956 my dad had a door lock freeze up. inside the car. My dad got some tool (Probably a pair of pliars0 and tried pulling it up to unlock it. It broke off and he threw it out. Funny how i can remember things like that 70 or so years back. Anyways it did look some what like the push pull locks on the top of the doors

Michigan had a shotgun only zone for deer hunting. A different staggered line than the hunting zone #3 . The former rifle/shotgun line due to population density of homes buildings ect.
Today we have a
limited" rifle zone in it's place.

The evolution of slugs ran from roundball to pumpkin ball to sabot.

Your piece should yield easy to a knife.
Likely an alloy instead of pure soft lead. More like a wheel weight.

One brand had a cork wad below the slug. Perhaps your wood looking material is cork?
