The rock is a turtle's head sticking out of the ground. The Indians did told that story his name was big keys big keys means man with lots of silver. I live near Arkansas Missouri line the whole area has been built off of a story about the Spanish and the Indian and the silver in a location to a Kings volt

In the story big keys says that they carved many rocks in many different forms. Lots of them were carved out.
