need help on 1, an 1878 book, can't find another original or value anywhere online

I just might have made a huge score out of a box of books that I gave a whole dollar for. I can not find a value nor one of these for sale anywhere! Can find modern (2000's) softcover reprints on Amazon & some other site for $35 or hardcover reprints for $40 + it's definitely the same seller on both sites & he also states it's a rare book.

The title is as long as a book & when I read the title + date I was like O goodness this should be good & fun to research & instead I was left sorta stumped! Anyway here's the title...

The Roman Conflict:

Or

Rise, Power And Impending Conflict

Of

Roman Catholicism,

As Seen In Ancient Prophecy, Ceremonial Worship,
Mediaeval And Modern History, with a Sketch
of Protestant Claims & Destiny

Illustrated

in steel and wood with many full-page plates of churches, temples, ceremonial rites, and portraits of popes, princes, cardinals, and martyrs of roman persecution.

(1878),

Rev. James Shaw

It's illustrated with typical 1800's drawings with lots of detail in em, it has wear, mild spots & smudges yet it's not trashed but it's also no where near perfect either. The quality of the book cover & binding is close to first rate quality for books of that time period.

Anyone know a value or where to find one? Has anyone ever seen one of these books before? Now here's those pix! Double triple quick click (especially the pic of the 2 first pages with writing on em) so it opens up in full screen for a larger much easier to see & read pic.

Thanks Don!

But I believe that is the same as the hardcover one I keep finding for the same exact price & It's a fake or copy (has same or similar color cover but different style of artwork & lettering by a lot). Also says no dust cover included & this book never had a dust cover to begin with! That ad is probably the same as the ads I find (& probably why they don't show a cover pic) but in the ad you found they leave out it's not an original... The other ads state this...

This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the original. Due to its age, it may contain imperfections such as marks, notations, marginalia and flawed pages. Because we believe this work is culturally important, we have made it available as part of our commitment for protecting, preserving, and promoting the world's literature in affordable, high quality, modern editions that are true to the original work.

Here is an actual pic of the dateless $40 hardcover facsimile / reprint

Now here is mine again & it's way different! It's an original I guarantee it!
