My Movie

Okay Art, I'm now completely convinced that you have a tough time with English....... I'm telling you to go check out the spot before making your video. If the target you found is hidden in a pile of loose dirt, or in the sand in a volleyball pit, then don't waste your time making the video.
Darn AF..I will not disturbed anything on purpose .I will not go and find the exact spot. No foot prints will be there I hope. You will not stop me from finding a UNKNOWN TARGET. I will relax and go thought my normal Treasure hung routine. The only comments that you will be able to say is I SAW HIS HANDS MOVE which we all know is what every skeptic say’s when the have been embarrassed by people who know how to use their tools….
Again Art, I never said that I saw your hands move. I stopped watching your lame little video when I saw how badly you screwed the whole thing up. But, I'll tell you what. If your "target" is in a visibly undisturbed area, and you're able to tell us what's there and exactly where it is, and then recover it, I'll believe you.

Old AF is getting more honest every day….He admits that he did not watch the movies….Then how can any intelligent human form an opinion of the Movies….It all can be proof that his belief system is faulty….Art

Art, I said I stopped watching when I saw how you had screwed it up. I did see enough to know that you were trying to show how you could find targets that were hidden under egg shells, which you did right beside you vehicle for some strange reason. But, this isn't at all what was requested! You had a request to recover an "unknown" target! When I saw that you had no intention of doing this, I stopped wasting my time.

If you aren't smart enough to follow a few very simple instructions, then you shouldn't have wasted your time, either....

I really don't understand why you can't do this simple thing, Art, when you claim to be able to find coins and jewelry so easily, and you've shown that you know how to operate your video camera and post videos to this site. Allow me to request this again.....

You can even do this on your own.

Take your camera and your LRL into the nearest park. Turn on your camera and hold it in one hand. Turn on your LRL and hold it in the other. Punch whatever codes you need to into the calculator. Let the LRL do it's thing, all the while keeping your camera on it, and narrate what you're doing as you go. When you find a target, make your way to it, and when you know exactly where it is, set down the LRL and camera, with the camera pointed at the target area (an undisturbed patch of land) and then recover the target. Post the video here.

Don't make a video of your "tests." You should already know that this won't be accepted as proof of anything other than the fact you don't know how to follow simple directions....

If you had watched my other movies you would know that the Ranger Tell does not work that way. You like ever thing else you write about your inexperience in these matters are plain to see….It takes two hands to chance the settings and to put the Camera down would give you something to twist and spin....Art

I went to the spot in the pinenuts where I wanted to take the movie. The area was full of unfilled holes so I did not film there as AF would have been laughing…Art

So take a neighbor with you....no more excuses, Art.

See what happens when you listen to people smarter than you??

I knew there was another good signal about 75 feet to the South. This signal happens to be on the Off-Road Vehicle Park. There are some ATV tracks on the movie. I did not edit the movie so It has some areas that you can not see me. Up until the movie starts I had walked up until I found the east-west signal which I knew was no more than 10 foot from that spot. I then set the camera on the tri-pod about six feet up the hill. This movie will illustrate the box in method of locating the target.
I turned the camera on and walked down the hill. Just my shadow on the movie. I picked up the Examiner and then walked until I encountered the east-west line. I had been to this point before. This is where I had stashed my equipment. I then took a few more steps and turn west and walked until I encountered the north-south line again. Two more steps and turned south until I encountered the west-east line again. I then moved along it until I passed the target. I then reset the examiner to 0.005 distance. I then moved around until the examiner told me I was on the target. I marked it and then reset for a distance of three feet. I set it down and got the digging equipment showing that there was nothing in them. The rest needs no comments. An UNKNOWN 1921 Silver Dollar was recovered. In my opinion the silver dollar has not been there more than a few years. It had started to change color but was not black like a lot of them I have located….I want you to notice that I checked the hole and the bucket to see if their was anything there..Some times you get a surprise when you check them…Art
The only thing that this proves is that ONE MAN AND HIS EQUIPMENT CAN FIND AN UNKNOWN OBJECT…Art

Give me a break!!!!! What it proves is one man and a dowsing rod and a video camera can make an amusing movie.

Two questions immediately come to mind!

1.) How is it that you setup the camera for your movie, and just happened to have it EXACTLY centered on the spot you intended to dig the "planted" silver dollar out of the ground?

2.) After you found the silver dollar, and put it in your pocket; then you rechecked the area but got NO indication from the dowsing wand. How come the dowsing wand did not point to the dollar you just put in your pocket?

C'mon Art. Who did you think you were going to fool with this particular bit of phony recovering act?

Guess we will have to file this with the "gold pan" you Photoshopped.

:laughing9: :laughing9: :laughing9: :laughing9: :laughing9:

Just luck or Random Chance I guess. After 1000’s of finds I have a pretty good idea of where the treasures will be…

You guys had a good laugh last time I answered this question. I can’t speak about all LRL’s and MFD’s but the four that I own will not pick up anything above it.

I don’t expect the Skeptics to except this movie. Your belief systems can not except the truth….You guys seem to think you are in the center of the world. News for you guys. You are just like Flies..You are annoying but do not eat much.
You can play with the movie all you want. You will find no disturbed ground except for two old ATV tracks….Art

This shows that you know nothing about LRL’s and MFD’s. Every time you post something it is hard for you not to mention Dowsing. You have a one track mind so we understand your belief system with all it’s false beliefs will not allow you to discuss anything but Dowsing.

good grief
Now this answer isamusing…Art

Disturbed ground? Nope.

Coin under rock? Yep
Show us the proof that the Silver Dollar was placed under the rock without disturbing the ground around it? Grasping at straw is unbecoming for grown men…Art

Bravo Art!
What distance did you set the examiner to limit?
I noticed that you actually don't do the complete boxing method. You rely pretty much on the cardinal signal lines. Also noticed that you seem to not use the setting that eliminates ringings as I could see that the antenna swings out the target in some instances. Do you confirm that, or was it just my impression?

In my case I always use the code to eliminate ringings. The antenna keeps locked to the target like a magnet and I usually do the complete boxing method until I see the antenna completely spinning at over one spot.

I use a lot of gear when in the field with electronic LRLs to confirm and pinpoint the target and I find myself using the examiner less and less for pinpointing purposes. But I admit that using the RT alone is kind of a classic and really fun aproach.

Thanks for the video. You really master this thing. Be careful, the MD industry will kill you... :laughing7:

This is very nearly too pathetic to dissect.
I have to wonder...
how is it that you just so happened to set up your
camera focused on a rock with silver underneath it?
Answer....
Known target obviously placed there by you.

You put a colored marker where you think the target
is, then you sink the shovel directly into the marker
which indicates you knew the silver wasn't under
your marker but several inches away under the rock.
Known target obviously placed there by you.

These movies are not helping your cause Art.

I'd have to agree. Quite obviously he planted the target, but one has to wonder what thought processes Art goes through when he stages these things. He must realize several of us are going to see through the whole ruse.

Of course, when he Photoshopped the gold pan, I suppose he thought there was no way any one of us would figure it out. However, within minutes of him posting it, several of us were wise to his scheme.

These futile attempts to fool us into thinking your dowsing gimmick can find totally "unknown" targets are humorous at best; but in reality are very sad too. I guess you are too close to the situation, and too taken in by the compelling ideomotor effect to understand how silly this is making you look.

Isn't it curious Art has time to dream up these little "staged" videos, but can't quite seem to find the time to video himself stepping on a coin and showing his L-rods turning, WHILE mounted in the holding fixture. It should be very clear by now, why he does not produce THAT video.

What comes to my mind is Shakespeare's "me thinks thee
doth protest to much" He is trying to convince himself and
you are right, it is beyond sad.

My sound does not work so I don't know what is being said
in the video. Is it his contention that this is an unknown
target that has been there for many years?

Yes, I'm afraid that is exactly what he'd like us all to believe.

Quite pathetic... and sad. :(
