LOL!
Documents, diaries, and much more information to come, OH MY!...
The Professor's work is very interesting and I have seen document's that there is much more information coming!
Emma Jean Rose is not the first and probably not the last to embellish the perilous adventure and treasure story of Thomas J Beale with fiction.... Emma Jean Rose and her fictional books, she did base the book from her findings and researching of the Beale papers. Simply writing a book on what her research revealed would have been rather short and somewhat boring. So, as any good writer, she did "fill out" the book with fiction...
You made the comment that I did not exist, so it is fair to ask if the oft quoted professors of yours exists?
...and how would he know if the Beale "key" was lost in this flood to which you refer, or for that matter if there ever was a "key" or a "Beale and his perilous adventure treasure"?
A whole lot of assumption going on!
Nothing new around here.
...and going on the TN Beale threads claiming so, and directing members to their site to "play a game".I am referring to people that have deciphered the ciphers...
There is a standard that shows us who has actually accomplished the work of decipherment.
That would be the release of the key to the ciphers so others could verify the decipherment as realized.
I'm sharpening my shovel...can't confirm, deny or validate anything further at this time.
Interesting comment from one who had a definite agenda.CrypticLibrarian: Thank God!
I am so impressed with your presence here. Finally, one without an agenda.
I'm watching with great interest. You, I will share my findings with.

Is that the "standard" to which you refer?
There was only 1(ONE) copy version of the DOI in Ward's 1885 published Beale Papers....You may wish to look at some of the other DOI's from the Beale pamphlet...
You have made the same claim about Laf's decipher of the Beale codes. It would seem our old friend has been working with the C2 cipher for the last few weeks. He has made some interesting statements about the unknown author's decipherment of the Page know as 2...
If the professor is right this would be a historical find!
If you say so.I bit strange chap! ...
