MODERN DAY CACHES WORTH THOUSANDS

Am I missing something here? I'm not internet savey, I thought " ... " means your waiting further info, or crickets chirping, waiting for a point to be made, etc.
OMG! :eek:I use dots a lot, have I insulted everyone? Sorry all.

Also I'm now confused, are we talking about the caches a guy "is hiding", or caches hidden long ago? I thought these caches were currently being hidden by a living person.
The internet and I are not compatible. :(

Frankn: Explain your insults in # 98 and explain the meaning of # 99. Almost everyday I received Like Comments for serious and funny comments. If I did not like my comments, and believe that most members would not like them, then I would not post then. Good hunting and good luck.

Welcome back!:BangHead:

Hi Oregon Viking.

Your signature made me laugh because my mind immediately replaced "country" with "team", and "his government" with "the Denver Broncos". I am a New England Pats fan, which is why it struck me as funny.

How far has any one looked?
G.I.B. I'm confident you would have all that info in a very short amount of time if you desired.
Or already have it.

Untitled-1.jpgWell there is probably over a foot of snow over the cache now. Frank

I assume you have written documentation granting you express rights to use copy righted information (the cover of someone else's copy righted material)!?!?

17 USC 113(c) which states:

In the case of a work lawfully reproduced in useful articles that have been offered for sale or other distribution to the public, copyright does not include any right to prevent the making, distribution, or display of pictures or photographs of such articles in connection with advertisements or commentaries related to the distribution or display of such articles, or in connection with news reports.

and 17 USC 101 defines "useful article" as:

A “useful article” is an article having an intrinsic utilitarian function that is not merely to portray the appearance of the article or to convey information. An article that is normally a part of a useful article is considered a “useful article”

A usefull article it is.

I hear ya on that one!
Anything in legal-eez. confuses me, but I believe the loose translation is Its ok to use it for advertising and usefull purposes.

Fair enough. Thanks Treasure Hunter.
