MineLab Quality ? good or bad or just the opinion of just a few .

Although minelab is struggling here and there with some minor customer service issues it doesn't harbor the quality of the machines and the tech's that work on them. They are some good guys. I think the issues you've heard about stem from the office help. You can't go wrong with the equipment.
Just get whatever is said to you via telephone or email documented and you will be fine friend.
