What time did you order? I ordered on the 20th bout 9:30 AM eastern time but do not see a tracking number yet. Mine shows shipped but no number.

I got my tracking info!!!! I just logged on to my Cabela's account and it is there now! It is a UPS tracking number. However, when I track it in UPS.com it is not in their system yet. I'm guessing that the label has been printed and once it actually gets uploaded to UPS, I'll get the actual email. In any event, this is promising.

I ordered 800 at 3PM on the 20th, don't see tracking yet either. On the edge of my seat : D I did ask Cabbalas and they confirmed it will be shipping shortly. Already 5PM so I guess I won't see it until tomorrow afternoon.

It was around 1:00 PM Eastern. Maybe they are working orders for that day backwards? Log in and check again, because they updated the shipping info again since I posted. Also, the tracking info now shows in UPS's database: "A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated."

I hate the "label has been created" thing. Doesn't mean the merchandise has shipped and I find sometimes my Ebay sellers wait a few days to ship to me. AArrrgggh.

I used the FREESHIP coupon. Maybe us cheapskates get shipped last lol. Can't complain if it's FREE right!

Ive found every ring that someone called me over and said they had lost it in the water...Ive looked for several gold chains for people and have yet to recover one...I was wondering if the 800 in 40 single freq would find them or would it false too crazy to use...looks like it may find them in multi freq so the 600 may do the job also.

We will find out soon enough. My guess is that there would be a lot of chatter and falsing without the combined data in multi, but also saw some reports that it did work in the dry sand but that multi was still better.

Thanks to toddbbq for posting this thread and laidback4sho for confirming Cabela's actually shipped one on the last batch. I can't help but feel frustrated for those who paid through other vendors as far back as September and hope they get theirs soon. Seems seriously unfair.

This really getting annoying for me. I'm not against anybody who ordered an Equinox from Cabelas, but this is a kick in the teeth to every dealer. So many people put in a preorder last september, and then all the regular detector dealers only got 1 or 2. The dealers have only gotten a single order so far and this makes the 2nd or 3rd round of sales from Cabelas.

Finally getting my 800 today/tomorrow from local dealer who just received his shipment. He managed to get in 25 (I was number 15 on his pre order list). Yet my hunting partner who is number 3 or 4 on his list with another dealer is still waiting because (just like Jason in Enid noted) that dealer is only getting 1 or 2 at a time even though they ordered more. I don't understand Minelab's dealer arrangements but seems totally unbalanced and unfair. If you go to Minelab's site each of the dealers I'm referring to are listed as Minelab authorized dealers...so why should one get 25 and the other get 1? Don't understand.

I’m looking forwards to the weather getting nicer to get out and detect. I guess I’ll start reading the online manual while waiting for it. I too ordered on 2/20, but it was late in the afternoon. Confirmation email said ""shipped", but with no tracking #.
I got an email today that said the order status had been changed to "not shipped".
My online account with them still says "shipped". ?

I got the same notice. I think that email alert is just a timed order update from cabelas which gets triggered after 48 hours ... if there is no tracking it says "Not Shipped". The shipped status only means they sent the order to the manufacturer.
