Its hard to put together a team who doesnt want to steal it, or break the law flying a drone, and summers to hot out there. It was 148 degrees in the hummer when i blew my tires and i had to drive back on a rim to get help. The second trip i took that cave pic, and suffered a nasty fall two trails from the top.
There are small piles of gold, which i cant really say small, because even though it looks like they dumped IT, it still looked pretty rich laying on the outside.
Theres gold laying on the trail near the boulder that is hanging.
Maybe november unless someone else goes hereView attachment 1826555View attachment 1826556View attachment 1826558View attachment 1826559 but you have to worry about rattle snakes, scorpions, gila monsters, the heat, and falling. If anyone goes there make sure youre not alone! It is dangerous, ive had a close call every trip
roger...what attracted you to that area?Three, first trip couldnt make it past five miles to the spot, tires blew on the hummer in extreme heat. Second trip, made IT to the spot, got a picture of that cave, dropped my gear to climb the rest of the trail. Then i fell from the top, had to climb back up for my gear and phone. The phone was dead, and immediately went back to my team. I was hurt. 3rd time, my team member forgot his phone, and mine was dying using GPS, which i had no signal, that if i got out of the GPS it wouldnt had been able to reload. We headed back home, and near one of the cities we stopped for gas. Just as we were about to get back on the interstate, all the lug nut pins broke but two on one of our tires. I definitely need a go pro.

2. Give yourself a little test. Go to the Superstition Mountains, to The Peralta Trailhead. Using a TOPO Map and Compass, hike from there to First Water Trailhead. Its about 8 miles as the crow flies on well defined trails. If you can do this without issues, its about the same distance to hike into Roger's Site and back (with no maintained trails).
If he needs a TOPO and a compass to get from the Peralta TH to First Water, he should just stay home.
You must of missed the part when the moderator said mocking or insults was grounds for suspension for awhile, plz go back a page or two
Roger,
The "he" that deduced refers to, is not you. It is a hypothetical future member of the team you are wanting to find.
If you read the posts again, maybe you will see the mistake.
You would do good to slow down on unfounded accusations.
Neither are false accusations. But insults are not to be directed at anyone, me, you, future members etc,..
Neither are false accusations.
I think you know that hypothetical = not real, pretend.
Besides, it is not the only accusations you've been making.
