live update from jupiter with seahunter

Hi Dandydon
We really enjoyed your being here. You were a big help and brought us good luck. Below are a couple pictures of clumps of coins. The first two pictures are of the clumps found with you and then a picture of some of the clumps that have been found this month. Prior to when you were here all the coins we had found were singles.
Thanks again.

Awesome Scott and Dandydon. The clump on the top left (last pic) has very nice detail. Looking forward to seeing the "after" pictures.

Godspeed!
Darren

Scott,

Stay around that spot......too many clumps!!!! are you thinking what I am thinking? Good luck......
I hope you hit big...

Chagy......

Where are the spikes, nails, and lead sheathing?... follow the trail.

Hi BigCypress
We have not found much in the way of lead except for the hundreds of sinkers. Gary BigKid4 has found a lot of spikes in the past in closer to shore and we have recently been finding a few small nails. Hopefully we will find a lot of lead sheathing in the near future. Will keep you posted.

Congrats big time!!! You guys have to much fun,I sure wish I was back on the coast !!

The clumps keep getting bigger....... stay on it......I think something big is about to happen....
Good Luck!!!!!

I dont know much about this, but I would imagine you are marking all your finds on a GPS and laying out the coordinates on a map. Now that the finds are better and with clumps, are you seeing any trail or pattern?

Hi Bigcypresshunter
Yes we have been plotting all our finds and the finds of the previous subcontractors on a specially designed nautical software chart that a company modified for us to use specifically on our lease area. By identifying the area where we were finding things and the areas where previous subcontractors had been successful we were able to increase our finds so that in the last eight days of diving during June we have found more than we did in the previous twelve months.
More to come.
Scott

We are back out and the first hole gave up 16 nice coins and a very interesting piece of bone or ivory, not sure. Second hole gave up one coin and we are blowing the third. Here are some pictures.

Scott:
I’m still kicking my self in the ass for not taking you up on the invitation awhile back. Things are about to smooth out now after my Fathers death.
I am just so happy to see you are making a good progress on your site.
Keep it up. Hope to make it your way soon.

Dale

Here is an aerial view that will give you an idea of the size of the area we are working. We have been in this area for over six weeks.
