how old is everyone here?

hey guys i was just wondering hot old everyone is because i am just getting into TH and i have found that a lot of people are older. Which is cool because of the experience but i was wondering why there is not very many younger people like me. I am 20 years old. just thought it would be interesting!

i just turned 27 a couple weeks ago. have had my detector (titan 1000xd) since xmas '06, but this year is the first i've actually really gotten to use it.
edit: love the monty python video. lmao. loved that movie. we are the knights who say NEE!

Older than dirt - 75. Been detecting since 1963, writing about it since about 1980, and field testing since about 1990 or so.

44 years old. Took up Detecting in '05 after a broken leg, blood clot, kidney cancer and a broken hand. Always had thought about it, but never got around to trying it. Decided it would get me back outside, be interesting for a history nut like myself, and I could stop whenever I needed to.
Now I am on my third machine, and I love it. Long since past all of the health stuff, and am completely hooked.
