From Croatia. Just two years in this hobby. Found some cool stuff that I wanna share ,and get help to Id. some of them. I can see on this forum there are many people from europe so I think this will be a good site for me. Thank you for excepting me. And here is my one new find: byzantine coin thousand year old. And two older finds that I need help with , if anyone knows what are they part of. Thank you. Peace

Is there wood or metal in the inside of that one on the left in your hand?
Looks like a bit of wood protruding...

Or is there anything on the inside of them at all?

They look a lot like the pommel from a knife or small sword..

Nothing wooden but could be iron core, or some other metal combination because it is rusty inside. I spent months thinking about this two finds. Latest opinon I got from a arheologist who took a look at the picture on my phone an told me it is a medieval knife handle. That was after First two arheologist working on university who told me looking at the pictures it is a head of a bronze age needle, culture unkown. So I don't know what to think anymore that is why I posted in hope someone found the whole thing or have a third idea. 😅

If it is rusty I would presume Fe based.
That would lead me to think it's very likely a knife pommel.
