I was detecting the base of some bluffs when I saw this rock sticking out of the side, it was unlike any rock around it so I picked it up and carried it out of the woods. After cleaning it up the stone sure looks like a groundstone artifact but it’s huge it can’t possibly be a tool, i don’t think it’s a grinding stone because there’s not a cupped side. It may be just a rock but there’s just something about it

Here’s some pictures of the area and the rocks I find there, notice they are all angular or if limestone it’s heavily pitted and very coarse

Haha duh I was thinking strictly off size you meant the bigger of the two I guess yes it is possible it’s A Mano and I should read more carefully. If it is, it would take some serious muscle to use it. I just measured it 18” long 10” wide 5” deep weighs 63 pounds
