This isn't an old tag but felt it's worthy to share because this is the very first thing I've found since taking up the hobby. It's been cold, snow with 6" more on the way tomorrow, and frozen ground. I found this 10 days ago in my back yard when the temps spiked for one day allowing for a dig. I can't wait for spring. I live in Hannibal, MO.

I found this tag last week. Interesting that it is the first that I have found for my city and it seems that I am finding them elsewhere. It is for North Little Rock, AR and is dated 1969. I didn't know that they were still requiring these so recently!

This is one I dug a while back. It's not too terribly old. It's from Shasta County in California expired 6-30-67 No.486
I have a dog that used to be my father-in-laws. I had promised my father-in-law I'd take care of his dog if my f-i-l passed away. Well, he passed some years back but I still have his dog. The dog will need to be put down soon as he is VERY old and looks it. I've been thinking about putting this license on the dog when I take him to the vet.
odd..............how do you know when it was issued? I tried calling to see if I could locate the owners but they didn't have records. Just wondering.
