Gold Panning Kits On Amazon

Does anyone have any experience with purchasing gold panning kits from Amazon? I went on there to order a couple of 5-gallon bucket screen sifting pans and stumbled onto what looked to be some nice kits. One company that stood out was ASR Outdoors. They seemed to have a lot of options when it comes to panning products, but I wasn't sure about the quality. Has anyone used their products?

I've always been a fan of the Garrett pans, but from looking at what they (ASR) offer, and the reviews, I wouldn't hesitate to try one.

This goes for any new pan, but I suggest you give it a good wash/scrubbing with soap and water before using, as oils left over from manufacturing can cause you to lose gold.

The pans are thin and break easily it’s below standard typical cheap China gold pans. Lots of affordable American made options, I like the Garret and Estwing pans the best.
