Very good idea. It is nice that he is able to offer some input as well. When my mom passed I was a mess, then when my dad passed I was a big mess. As the oldest, I should have handled his estate, but I could not think clear. I just kept thinking he was going to come back. In a way, he did because I felt his presence every day. I lost things in the grass in the yard and yet they would show up in the middle of my garage floor as if someone placed them there.
Your dad is probably proud of your help, I know I would be.

Kinda weird how they communicate with you, They bought the plot and everything in 1977. Well, the design no longer exists so we had to start from scratch. We had a plan but since it was prepaid, it appeared the choices were limited. Anyway, we got to the part of choosing an emblem and nothing seemed right. Finally a pic of a rose of Sharon came up. I knew that was what she wanted. How did I know? A couple days ago the memory of one of the first times mom came out to the farm. She said,” Oh! You have a rose of Sharon!” And that memory just stuck and repeated every day.

Thank you for "luring" me back again. I too enjoyed the chat and miss everyone's posts. I am happy to see Jim back, just feel bad because I have hardly said two words to him. I enjoyed his company when the first ship was still floating. ( German Shepherds being just one of my weaknesses ). You know how to summon me Sis, until then, I will work on the project and when finished, everyone will wish that I find a "NEW" project
