was this opened For Legit Discussion
Or just to Play around :dontknow:

They appear to be little pieces of cheap metal. Nothing of historical value nothing of monetary value nothing of any great significance whatsoever. Drop it, who cares. I mean really.

Don't look at me, I didn't open it. It just has to surface every once and awhile I guess. :help:

Looking at Piggman1's emoticons above, I think he wants some Legit Discussion !

I Got a request to unlock earlier
But it wasn't Locked when I looked.

I just don't want to see 2 Pages of
everyone trying to outdo each other with Funnies

That's what Comedy central forum is for

Piggman1,

Don't know if this has been tried already, but I'm sending e-mails with attached photo of the nuts (and Lincoln penny for size comparison) to selective die casting companies. I'm asking if they can suggest who might have produced the castings. Maybe the die caster would then help us solve the mystery if I write them a nice letter and explain. I know this sounds naive, but "nothing ventured, nothing gained".

I would be happy even if someone else used this idea and won........I'm serious ! :laughing7:

Those are square, not octagonal.

This is what they look like. Maybe some newcomer knows, so let's not knock new ideas. Let's be polite and just state that idea has been gone over.

Maybe fresh ideas? :hello2:

First, I think me and you ought to no longer post and see where it goes. Everyone knows I want an exact idfentification, not a simularity. So why don't we back out and let see what happens. :icon_thumleft:

Were they originally acorn shaped with a couple of spikes? :laughing9: :laughing9: :laughing9: M :hello2: nty

No symbols and they are hex shape, not octagonal.
