Forrest Fenn s treasure

Hay, you guys that have claimed to have figured it out. I know you start where the warm water stops, but would someone please tell me which state that is in? lol Just curious as to how many different answers I will get. You know nothing really matters until this point is cleared up. It's like fishing in the swimming pool and expecting to catch a fish. Frank...

Yes, it's on Montomingcoexico!

If someone does not believe in a treasure story then state so and Move On, please do not continuously berate the thread or our members in it who do believe...

Now, you just made me smile.

I like to see people that are actively in the chase, as I am.

To you 'few',... keep at it, you may be closer than you think.

It is out there. ;)

Hey, Jest curious if anyone on the thread will be attending the Fort Bridger, Wyoming Mountain Man Rendezvous this weekend

Sorry, got sent before I finished. I will be following leads for a couple days first. Always nice to collaborate and find others interested in Native American artifacts and wandering the high deserts and homes of Brown.

My son and I will be out all weekend following up on our latest set of conclusions. mj

Occam's Razor: There'll be no paddle up your creek" means it's nearly impossible to paddle up the creek, so may as well paddle down. If you've figured out the put-in, the river he refers to runs anywhere from 250 to 700 cfm with many class 2 and 3 rapids. Tough to paddle in the opposite direction.

Seems like it would be the perfect ironic twist from a former treasure hunter to leave something like this behind and there be no treasure at all... that way people will keep talking about him and looking into his thoughts and words.

Fenn sez he thought this up when he thought he was going to die. Now that he isn't maybe he's
nibbling on the cob.

I just don't understand why anyone would believe anything he said.

vastterrain, FF has said no banks, lockers ect. and not associated with any structure

In the Rockies, somewhere north of Santa Fe

He wants people to look...not find! Once its out in the daylight the story will be over!

So "vastterrain' of Superstition Mountains, near Apache Junction, AZ 85120... are you saying that you believe you have a better chance at finding your Local Cache than that of finding the Fenn Treasure ?

The Lost Duchman even has a State Park in Arizona, aren't the Superstition Mountains, much smaller than the Rockies ? If the Originators of two Quests were to be compared... Fenn would have be the "Flying Dutchman", a guy with an Airplane can cover much more ground in the Rockies than a guy in the Superstition Mountains on-foot with a mule...

... and yes, the Flying_Dutchman is a Ghost Ship ... but for comparision purposes, a guy with an Airplane works in the modern era ... vs some guy in the Superstition Mountains on-foot with a mule ...
