Folks,

I thought since a lot of people may be doing the isolation thingy it wouldn't be a bad idea to start a thread where we could share some of our past finds.

I'll get the ball rolling. Sterling silver stamp safe. Bring em on....coins, jewelry, relics, buttons, etc...

Great find not a jewel expert could be a ruby, however, quite a few other red precious stones exist. Stay safe out there.

Thanks bill. I would be over the moon if it were a ruby. Its over an inch tall so Im guessing probably not lol.
 

Yeah rubies are on the pricey side I found a chunky men's 14k ring with a red stone. A jeweler told me it was a synthetic ruby odds are yours being older is probably the real deal whatever the stone actually is. If you have a reputable jeweler in your area it might be worth having them check it out down the road.
