Florida passes another bill

Hey TNT was used to blast open Sebastian Inlet and probably blasted a good deal of treasure in the process !
Oh, and they intentionally destroyed REEF to open the Inlet.

Rock or Coral, it both supports ocean life. I just have to ask. how are they going to patrol and enforce such a thing to begin with ? They need to be more worried about getting all of their confusing and messed up laws straightened out instead of making new ones. They don't obey their own laws anyway.

My two cents worth, SWR has the right attitude, cool calm and collected, this new bill I think is
more designed for the inexperienced Treasure hunter who would use TNT if he could to find
Treasure. You tend to think twice if it's going to hurt the pocket!.
What I can tell most here are very experienced and would not need this insurance.

You are absolutely correct. It is one thing to enact a law but another to enforce it. It also seems that the lawmakers and their enforcement arms are the only ones that are entitled to bend and actually break those laws. It's not so much the laws themselves that bother me as it is the hypocrisy of the governing and enforcement entities. In many instances their actions constitute out and out theft vaguely disguised as legal under some ridiculous law passed by elected officials that got some free vacations for their vote or for the official that agreed to their vote so they could get a vote for a project of theirs.

A thief protected by the law is still a thief.

I think I'm going to change my tnet name to PROVENANCE DESTROYER, and offer coral removal services to all treasure hunters, my new slogan

" Vaporizing the coast line to extract some loot for those that are alive and well and here right now " or "DOING IT THE OLD FASHION WAY, WITH TNT"

I wonder if i could get a grant?

lets see, remove a section of reef that is blocking the salvage of a ship that contains $200,000,000. -- $900,000,000. in silver gold and artifacts
for a maximum $250,000. fine...........ok i'm in........seems to easy

opening statement at first court appearance:

yes your honor i have a very big anchor ;D

Probably, if you are a registered 501(C)3 non-profit organization, whose mission is the protection of an endangered species called Florida Treasure Hunters.
