I was supposed to have 6 boxes to pick up today, but one bank forgot to order. Those two boxes will be in tomorrow. I picked up the other four boxes. Pretty close to yesterday, but not quite as good:

Box 1: 2x40%
Box 2: 2x40% (1 was a 69S proof)
Box 3: skunk
Box 4: 2x40%

I'll take it. I have another 12 boxes left to pick up this week.

Thanks, same to you. I have 12 more coming this week. Today I did two trips to the car at the dump bank. They were totally cool with it. In fact they asked me if I found anything good today, so I had to show them the 69 proof. $2500 in halves in one dump in 10 minutes. I love my dump bank.

I had another amazing day today. I picked up four boxes of halves today. Things started off a bit slow, but they picked up at the end.

Box 1: Skunk
Box 2: 1x90%(64) 1x40%
Box 3: 18x90%(5 bens and 13 kens) 15x40%
Box 4: 13x90%(2 bens and 11 kens) 12x40%

I have 8 more boxes to pick up tomorrow and I'm hoping at least one of them is like one of the last two boxes I did today. I seriously love this hobby.

That's nice congrats maybe the dip in silver and lack of buying advertisement made more collection dumps happen .:-)

Yes I have an eye for enders ;-) my grandfather is amazed on how I can tell the difference. I try to explain to hI'm that silver is whiter but he doesn't get it.

I forgot to mention, yesterday's franklins finally let me finish off my first full roll of Franklins. That leaves quarters as my last realistic full roll that I have left to complete.

If I were you, i'd search 2-3 boxes of quarters a week to make sure you get the goal, that would be pretty sweet to say you got a silver quarter roll from circulation, something 99% of people on here can't say they've done

I'd say it's realistic. I search quarter boxes occassionally. I'd say I went on a two month hiatus with quarter searches. I've been CRHing for a day or two under 6 months and I have 16 silver quarters that I've pulled from circulation. So it may not be likely in a year, but it is possible.

It's super likely! I've been huntin one year and pulled around 230 so far ;-)

Sorry, no pictures tonight. I've been running around all day.

I was supposed to have 8 boxes of halves to pick up today, but I found out late this afternoon that 4 from one bank weren't coming in. It was kind of a let down with how the boxes have been packed lately. I also did a mid-day road trip. I actually went pretty far from home and didn't hit all that many banks because I was getting tired and had already searched four boxes of halves today. I ended up hitting maybe 10-15 banks. I grabbed $500 in mwr quarters and $100 mwr dimes. All those were skunks. I also found a bank that had $350 in mwr halves which were also skunks. I found a handful of other banks with teller tray/cwr halves most of those were skunks. I did hit one bank where the teller had $12.50 in halves in her tray and she checked the tray of another teller that was out to lunch for another $2.50 in halves. Lo and behold the teller out to lunch tray had a '64 kennedy in it which I got to buy. I really think I got to swipe silver from a sniper and here is why: The teller that was there also asked if I wanted the "small" half dollars. I said "Huh?". The teller tray was out of sight and she picked one up and said: "nevermind that's a quarter, what are these two quarters doing over here" and when she put them down, I thought I heard the clink of silver. I really wanted to buy those as well but I didn't want to blow getting the kennedy '64 or risk having the sniper come back from lunch so I settled for what I had. That was the only excitement on the road trip.

Back to the 4 boxes of halves that I did search. They were not as good as yesterday's boxes, but I think they were from the same batch. I've got a feeling these were the last stragglers in the silver streak:

Box 1: 8x90% (4 kens and 4 bens) 11x40%
Box 2: 1x90% (ken) 9x40%
Box 3: skunk
Box 4: 1x90%(ken) 3x40%

Not as good as yesterday, but I'm still really happy with the results. I searched a total of 16 boxes this week. I found 43x90% and 63 40% for a total of 24.87 ounces. I have another 20 boxes on order for next week and may actually up that a bit to account for any banks that forget to order.
