Wide open Pacific Bluefin fishing out of San Diego. The first day out I caught nine 80-90 pound fish, all stand-up style. The next day I was so sore I could barely get out of my bunk!

I got this from my youngest daughter yesterday of one she hooked last Saturday in Texas. I'm happy to see she's found away to spend her days off without spending a lot of money. It's tough for youngsters making a go of it these days going out on their own, but she's figuring it out as she's pretty determined to succeed at that.

Snapper dinner and a sailfish release.

Is snapper the kind you cook whole w/o fileting?

Yes that is a popular way but most are filleted. I like it either way.
