Dent's Run News: Geophysical Survey Released After Lawsuit

The video posted and two or three others are done by a fellow on YouTube, State Treasures. He takes a fact-based look at the finders claims that even the finder cannot deny. Hard to argue with the facts and documents State Treasures shows, that tell the truth.
I know we can go searching for these videos. But it's hard when you drink the FB tea.
So I had an idea that you could give a link to these videos on YouTube.

Pisser on this one is the author stating the F.B.I. alleges gold there.
(As if they dragged the Prada's in instead of the other way around.)
Who convinced whom a dig was needed?
Let's not ignore what was happening WITHOUT the F.B.I. being involved prior.
That wasn't exactly tea with the local residents, or the law.

I would, but don't want to break any rules or have the thread locked or deleted. Seems a lot of what I and others have posted in other threads on this topic disappeared as there was a Mod who proclaimed there will be no debate or nay-sayers allowed in threads on this story, till the FBI proves its innocence beyond a reasonable doubt in court. Trying to play by his rules here.

The picture underneath your above comment with the text, "Did the FBI find gold here" doesn't look like there has been a significant excavation around that rock for decades, if ever. And I'm not talking about the scattered leaves and tree limbs/trunks. It doesn't even look like a crowd of people stood around in that area, much less any heavy equipment or even any manual, old school shoveling. If the FBI did find gold there I'd say is was sitting on top of the ground, in plain sight under that rock. Five teenagers hanging out and drinking beer there one night would have left more evidence of human activity.

It's clearly stated in the record. The FK group approached the investigators. The investigators acted on probable cause. Anyone suggesting that law enforcement involved in an investigation to unearth something must prove their innocence in a court of law, when nothing is unearthed, is misguided. Innocence from what? The current court case has nothing to do with innocence or guilt of anything, it is a lawsuit over a freedom of information request for records.

The excavation occurred above and slightly behind the large rock.
I think that’s where they drilled into the gold bar. That’s when the drill bit had gold smeared on it. The hidden cameras were near there too that captured the night dig.

No gold bar was drilled into. They didn’t even take the smear to get analyzed for gold.

No night dig took place either. That story has been fully debunked.

I had posted these photos before. We went to the dig site and just missed the FBI leaving by several hours. There wasn't any activity under the rock, but there were foot print along side the rock. I live close enough by Dents Run and have heard the legend for years. There never was any gold there.

“Hay, that’s how the game is played” (Apparently).
