Your post states "New Witness".Hmmm. Might want to read a little closer. I said "newer" since the original ruling. I never said new as in recent. I looked elsewhere on this site for this article so as not to repeat it. Didn't find it anywhere. I thought some people (apparently not you) might appreciate other witnesses not previously mentioned. Move on, if you don't care to add anything of value. And Merry Christmas.
Nope , still not new.
Well publicized and read at prior release time. If you missed it you missed it then it is still not new. Any Dent's Run fanatic knew it.
If you disagree , note a couple examples of fanatics that were unawares.
.
Speculation. An antler hunters opinion. A clanging sound like digging.
Yeah well , heavy equipment digging tends to clang doesn't it? Must be a vital part of the gold that wasn't somehow? Oddly neither the article nor yourself delve into that gem.
But there it is , a clanging. Ooo how vital!
Witnesses that didn't actually see anything of substance (like gold) beyond a suspicious looking vehicle. Does a suspicious vehicle mean it was laden with gold? What evidence or fact supports that?
How about you move on to any new fact since the "original ruling"?
Or at least something substantial to counter the no gold recovered statement of the F.B.I..
How much stolon gold was claimed to exist by Prada? And how does that relate to "witness's" vehicle spotted's weight capacity?
Just between you and me , if I invited the government to require tons of gold I might keep em honest on the sneaking off with it part.
Even if someone like myself had to see to it that others tailed the bumper dragging get away vehicle after filming it's loading.
Yes I hunt. And have property to watch when not present.
Think about how you would guard the activities unnoticed on a forest site.
Hint , game cameras make better decoys than secure vantages in documentation of government officials.
Before you argue you wouldn't know where to watch both in person nd by multiple electronic devices , ask where who parked when and where activity occurred. A very small area.
The we had a deal but they made us sit in a car story didn't make sense. Still doesn't.
But what really matters is what? New news.
Why is that?
Right.
Per usual.
New fact? Nope.
Gold? Nope.
New witness back when , to what? Heavy laden vehicle?
Were the witness(es) familier with weight capacity and condition of the suspension and the actual cargo of the suspect vehicle or not?
Nope.
Just speculating.
And that was the new news.
A witness to what?
Maybe I should read it again to waste more time.
Or write more about how irrelevant it is to any actual factual proof of a treasure in Dents Run that has so far been very lacking?
Here's an article newer than your new news! "It's a major cover up"!!!
Did you research the "gold story"?
See any gold?
Any proof of gold before or after the cover up?
[Three treasure hunters believe that a huge batch of lost Civil War-era gold has been found in Pennsylvania and clandestinely taken by the government, writes Kris Maher for The Wall Street Journal.
“It’s definitely a major coverup,” said Dennis Parada, who has been chasing the gold for over 40 years.
The gold Parada was looking for comes from the story of a Union caravan filled with gold bars in the false bottoms of wagons that was headed to the U.S. Mint, which was at the time in Philadelphia. The caravan was supposedly ambushed somewhere in Elk County.]
Treasure Hunters Take on FBI in Pennsylvania’s Civil War Gold Case
Three treasure hunters want to prove that there were piles of Civil War gold buried in western Pennsylvania and that the government took it.
