Thanks everybody something about a rule/law that says you shouldn't be on the roof raking pine needles at night.....especially barefooted. I know it was stupid. I tried to do a PLF parachute landing fall, but turned into a PFL poor freaking landing hahaha. Momma is home safe, at least I waited until she got home. I guess flying really was meant for the birds. I didnt get that memo. Thanks again everyone I'll be fine. Thank you

Folks,

Another bluesy tune for you...Bonnie Raitt + Keb Mo - No gettin' over you.

OK, Bonnie Raitt, right?

Here's Bonnie with Bruce Hornsby, Brian Adams and Jackson Brown.

Enjoy, my Friends......

Sorry. Am I too late to comment? School has me in a choke-hold.
Please forgive me....

Best,

Scott

2GF, my Friend,

You have inspired another story.

Anyone want another story from Scott?

OK.

Here we go.

Back in the 80's I worked at the University of Kansas Medical Center in a maintenance capacity. I worked the evening hours and frequently filled in as shift Supervisor.

I collect many things and one thing that I collect is baseball cards.
At the time, I also worked with the Kansas City Police encouraging crime prevention with the youth.
They had baseball cards printed up for the initiative.

So,
I would make packets of 10 different cards and a "premium" KC Police card and would visit the third floor where children with cancer were staying.

I'd visit every child and give them a packet of my cards. I encouraged them to trade amongst themselves....

I was nearly fired.

This was not part of my job description.

What comment does this require?

I still think of this and cry....

Scott

Well here ya go

2GF,

That's quite the nasty break.....don't swing the detector to close of you'll set it off.....you certainly don't do things in half measures.

Regards + HH

Bill

Kitty check-in.... TGF, you gotta take care of yor pieceses parts! That's the second rule of redneck skool! :laughing7:
I gradiateded, now, I is refereded to by my friends, as a "well-red-neck". :tongue3: :laughing7:

Here's you some chill I was revisiting this weekend, overground, that is, you may enjoy, the remix ain't bad either.
Ya'll all keep hanging cool. 8-)

Pat cat I like the music fellow red neck haha. My son got married this weekend. I tried to talk him out of it. Of course a new daughter-in- law is never good enough for the wife. He's definitely a momma's boy. My 12 year old grandson, his nephew was his best man. That was cool. I had no part in the wedding, that way no blame can ever be put on me in the future......well our part was only financial, paying for a majority of the wedding on the beach........ Now if my daughter will just get married . I'm all of a sudden craving sushi! Where the heck did that thought come from I have no idea hahaha. Glad to see you posting Pat cat. Where's Scott?

Bill you and Scott sure have a gift for music! Can you do a broke soldier a favor? How about that Neil Young Pearl Jam get together it's one of my favorites but the pain is so great I can't think of the name of the song....... I may have posted it a long time ago. I just can't think of it right now...... My story telling has gotten so good with my grandson I fell asleep during story time last night. I was exhausted!
