Patsy, perhaps the best female country singer--ever: "I fall to pieces"
Don....

Don,
I promised myself, and the United States Government that some stories would never be told....

But....

I remember shootin' pool with my Pap and winnin' money while this song was playin' on the jukebox....
{in Perry, Kansas. They had a cool popcorn popper and...what?}

OK..

Thanks, Friend for the memory....

Best,

Scott

PS.

Ask me later about a story about a game called "Lights Out."

Folks,

Lionel Richie + Shania Twain = Endless love.

It's Dart night once again and having a very stressful few days I can't wait to get out and have a good time with my chums. I scored 25 ounces of Silver for $125 today from a spiteful man at a bar who had his woman cheat on him and forgot the Silver behind when she packed up her stuff and took off. I told the guy they were worth a ton more but he didn't care and just wanted to get hammered up on her dime out of spite. I will be running a Ad in the local paper to see if anyone has had any coins stolen lately and if nobody replies with the right answer then I'll be putting them away for my Daughter to cash in for some higher learning down the road. Wanna see some Silver porn?

Chris,

At today's price of $22.63 that works out to about $565 US give or take a few bucks....good deal.

Backbacon... fantastic hit on the silver. Have you run a magnet over each coin?

In some circles the word proxy and common courtesy are oft times intermingled.

I can see how this can cause confusion in people, but it's easier to remember that a proxy "acts" as an agent, whereas common courtesy is well, simply good etiquette.

Examples:

Proxy: John told me to tell you

Common courtesy: John said hello

Spart: You are missed, buddy!

Spart: You are missed, buddy!
You got that right! :hello:

Hope everyone is doing good and havin fun! I got big day tomorrow, legal buss stuffs, so I want to be top of my game!
I also promised Ronzi, RC, and some others a Halloween story, so I better get started typing that up, too! LOL!
Ya'll have funs!

Oh, GIB, how'd you get them cats to pose with Penny Marshall and her friend? :laughing7: :laughing7:

Scott,
I used to set 'duck pins' at a bowling alley in Norwalk, Conn. when that Patsy Cline song was a hit; a mere 50+ years ago.
Wonder if anyone else remembers 'duck pins'; small bowling pins where you were given three rolls versus two rolls to knock them all down.
Don.....
PS: I'll bet fewer still remember 'pin boys' who set the pins before automatic pin setters.
