I'd suggest loading up on fruits and veggies high in anti oxidants to
build up your immune system and strength....here's a link.

Instead of eating a diet full of anti-oxidants, why not just eat something without all the oxidants in it in the first place?

(I swear that we are brothers separated at birth...)

Though I no longer have academia to consider,
the rent goes on.

This weekend, dead or alive, I must perform my yard work.
I'm still paying for last month's rent.

This includes climbing on the roof and blowing the leaves and twigs and cleaning the gutters.

The way that I am feeling, why tie off?
