CRISPINS CRITTERS

I have to protect my toes now. The new pit puppy likes to chew on my feet when it's story time for the boys. Speaking of she was biting my feet hard today playing and growling and I said ouch. My 7 year old pit ran over and slapped the puppy and growled at her as if to say Hey this is MY sugar daddy punk you haven't been here long enough get your own! The pup ran back and my 7 year old pinned her down with her left foot it was funny. I have jealous dogs fighting over me! Hahahaja G'night Pat cat and all

Folks,

Probably one of the best Rock and Rollers ever who left us way to early...

Buddy Holly - Maybe Baby.

It is a different feedback/discipline and one they catch faster than our 4 or 5 repetitions before it clicks .

KING. What’s he that wishes so?
My cousin Westmoreland? No, my fair cousin;
If we are mark’d to die, we are enow
To do our country loss; and if to live,
The fewer men, the greater share of honour.
God’s will! I pray thee, wish not one man more.
By Jove, I am not covetous for gold,
Nor care I who doth feed upon my cost;
It yearns me not if men my garments wear;
Such outward things dwell not in my desires.
But if it be a sin to covet honour,
I am the most offending soul alive.
No, faith, my coz, wish not a man from England.
God’s peace! I would not lose so great an honour
As one man more methinks would share from me
For the best hope I have. O, do not wish one more!
Rather proclaim it, Westmoreland, through my host,
That he which hath no stomach to this fight,
Let him depart; his passport shall be made,
And crowns for convoy put into his purse;
We would not die in that man’s company
That fears his fellowship to die with us.
This day is call’d the feast of Crispian.
He that outlives this day, and comes safe home,
Will stand a tip-toe when this day is nam’d,
And rouse him at the name of Crispian.
He that shall live this day, and see old age,
Will yearly on the vigil feast his neighbours,
And say “To-morrow is Saint Crispian.”
Then will he strip his sleeve and show his scars,
And say “These wounds I had on Crispian’s day.”
Old men forget; yet all shall be forgot,
But he’ll remember, with advantages,
What feats he did that day. Then shall our names,
Familiar in his mouth as household words-
Harry the King, Bedford and Exeter,
Warwick and Talbot, Salisbury and Gloucester-
Be in their flowing cups freshly rememb’red.
This story shall the good man teach his son;
And Crispin Crispian shall ne’er go by,
From this day to the ending of the world,
But we in it shall be remembered-
We few, we happy few, we band of brothers;
For he to-day that sheds his blood with me
Shall be my brother; be he ne’er so vile,
This day shall gentle his condition;
And gentlemen in England now-a-bed
Shall think themselves accurs’d they were not here,
And hold their manhoods cheap whiles any speaks
That fought with us upon Saint Crispin’s day.

Hey, y'all.

I've been pretty sick the past week, but I try to keep pushin' on......

It's been rough; I missed classes on Tuesday and going to work on med. equipment.
Today, I went to my first class and couldn't make it to the second.

I stopped at the grocery store and bought a clove of garlic,
'cause I've heard that garlic is nature's antibiotic.
I'll eat 2-3 sections and know that at least it will keep people away so they don't get sick, too. :laughing7:

I've already boosted my vitamin C level by eating 2 grapefruits, a lemon and squeezed lime in a couple of Coronas....

I've tried to keep up with my studies but it isn't easy when you wish you'd feel better so that
you can go ahead and die.

However....

I've also held true to my attempt to get more bike racks installed around campus
by sending an email to my former Health and Wellness Instructor:

Greetings!

As you may remember, I rode a bike around campus when I attended your class.
I wondered why there were so few bike racks......

In light of the parking deck situation, I was wondering if you'd like to help me try to get a few more bike racks installed this semester?

I really have no clue on who to see or the process for submitting ideas to the college.

I do have "marketing ideas...."

I'd be willing to make a donation to a fund if this would be the way to go.....

Perhaps our fellow Vet Sister, Tonya, has some ideas....

Hope that your semester is going great!

My Best Wishes,
Scott Xxxxxx

The "Tonya" is a reference to an instructor that I had for a PE class, Bowling.

Well,

Gotta come up with new questions for the next chapter in Psych.

So,

I'll keep pushin' on....

Hope all are NOT SICK and Happy,

Best,

Oh, by the way,
I'm lookin' over recipes in my new
Ramen book for anything that has medicinal properties as ingredients,
like garlic....
Thanks, Chris!

Best,

Scott

Also,

Hopefully to clear up any misconceptions....

Earlier, when I used the word, "monitor,"
in regards to postings,
I didn't mean it like the NSA.
I meant it in the way of trying to discern what music that
each of us likes and how we all CAN get along so well.

I also "monitor" posts to determine, along with PM suggestions,
on whom will be presented with Charter Memberships.

I hope that my word usage hasn't "creeped" anyone out.

Speaking of the Charter membership Gifts,
There is enough funds left from the donations to bestow one more Charter Membership.

I will take all suggestions seriously.

My choice would be Mackaydon.

http://www.treasurenet.com/forums/members/698.html

Don sent me one of his older currency price guide books awhile back, to help me learn about currency collecting.
With that knowledge learned, I have been able to buy and sell on ebay to supplement my income, along with scholarships, to be able to attend college.

Don has proven himself a pillar of the Treasurenet community
by selflessly answering queries about coins, currency and anything else that he can,
either through personal knowledge or tireless searching.

And Don was here at Treasurenet long before I came here....

Also.....

Yes,
It does seem that I have a penchant for being near people of aberrant behavior.
Makes me wonder who lives in my neighborhood right now.....??? (besides me...:laughing7:)

But,

It's alright now....

Some early Paul Rodgers of Bad Company....

The last Charter Membership!
?8-)?

Your Voice. Your Donation. Your Choice!

Best,

Scott

Whew! You made it back! :laughing7: Shut the door behind you! :laughing7:

It seems to be a fact 2gf, that it takes all types of threads, to weave the fabric of life.
Again, that's why I like this thread...... one can run out in the world(forum), sling it around,
get some slung on them, but here, all differences are set aside (I like to think).

No matter what one may think or feel about things in life out there, here, they are of no concerns.
The most important things are; do you have food, drink? Are you comfortable?
Immediate needs being met, how much more really matters?

Friends, meaningful thought and family, music and let me not forget a great place to read humor before I lay my head down to sleep. You like several others are ones that I like thank you

"Ha Ha!
Child. Now we all understand. Yes, close the door behind you.
Mustn't let the insects in."

PS.

Who can provide info on the image that I used above with the parrot?
Trivia Buffs?...

C'mon.
NEVER lost at trivial pursuit.

Hmmm...

A visual Trivial pursuit...

I like it!
Get my agent who patents my ideas...
What?
He and that maid I was waiting on left the country together?

Well,
Crap!

Best,

And, well, just 'cause...

Right, Jeff?

Ain't no gun take over, no troops marchin' down main street,
no unusual chemicals in the water supply, {what? You think I ain't monitorin'?}
no shortage of commodities and,

Once again,
I can lay my head tonight in peace,
knowing that my fellow servicemen and women "have my back."

God Bless the USA!

I can hear him in my head laughing that Ha Ha! LOL! For the life of me, I can't place it!
I'm thinking either a Jamaican Rum commercial or the manager for the Jamaican Bobsled Team. LOL!
