I'm back in Bangor. Was in Ohio for a while last week...

I should be home during October. Maybe we can have a beach cookout with whatever crowd happens to gather? Crispin?

If not, we'll go for a boat ride at the least.

I may get towards Belfast later in the week, I'll give you a shout.
 

Folks,

All this talk of spending the cold season in Florida is giving me the urge to escape the cold.....since Florida is full I might take up a buddies offer to spend some time in Baja, Mexico this winter....might even partake in a few cervezas and get in a bit of detecting....lol...

Sounds great! One way or another we will get together. Maybe I can get up to Bangor this coming week to if I can get someone to watch my son so he can get to bed on time for school the next day. The boat ride sounds awesome! I have never been on a sail boat before.

How's everyone been? I hope everything is well with everyone on this fine Sunday evening. Had a great weekend with my pal Sand Leopard out in the Ontario wilderness with some very meager finds on the beach. Wow. it was a scorcher on Friday so we cut our hunt short in order to go for a cruise in the boat. I was able to go for a short time to the portage where I found the Jasperlite knife and the old French 20 Francs coin and managed to find a nice waste flake of some really nice looking material that I believe is some sort of Chert, guess it's research time one again. I'll post up some pics later once I pull them off of the old camera. :headbang:

Here I am... Backbacon in the flesh, mid swing on the old beach out on the lake. I was out with Sand Leopard and Chuck Norris for a few cold ones and a short hunt in the heat. The leaves are turning quick up here, not long till.... :hello:

Fond memory camping on Islamorada. Between sweltering heat and vampire mosquitos we couldn't get a moment of sleep so we jumped in my car (i use that term loosely since i had a vega) and with the windows rolled up an AC cranking we just drove thru the keys all night Ah, to be a teenager again.
 

Boy, sure looks like I left to early last night! Another picture and Bill sign..lol! Good one!!!
It is 5am here and already ANOTHER hot day...Uh!
All these water pictures make me want to go to the beach..sigh! Work calls...Hope all of you have a great day...
