:hello:

I don't know if this is the right place for this subject :P so Jeff please move if you think not :icon_thumleft: this idea came to me after viewing sandcreek4 thread in My Daily Snapshot (back to posting pictures) I know there are a lot of competent Photographers on T. Net, plus everybody can take part in this thread :icon_thumleft:

So lets see your Best Pictures, it can be any subject you chose :icon_thumleft: I'll start with what I regard as mine, it's not one of my finds but somewere were me and the Wife went last year on a day out, Bolton Castle in the Yorkshire Dales, this is one of the places that housed Mary Queen of Scots during here incarceration, before she was Executed :o

Good pics, diggumup. That second one has a sci-fi feel about it for some reason. I like the color in the first one, nge. Great thread so far. I study all you guys and try to copy your techniques, with a little success sometimes. As they say, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery

Is that fog or an apparition I see rising above the stones in the cemetery?...........NGE

MDGC0117.jpg

This pic was taken shortly after I bought my first trail cam. Most of the guys I hunt with swore I photo shopped it but after I showed them 10 more pics of this bachelor group they believed me.

That's why I don't own a photoshop program, I figure it this way "If the shot is not there, then It doesn't exist"

:(

Unfortnunatly NGE it's a scrach on my lense :'( I think I got grit in the lense protecter when it closed, from lying down in the field when I take shots of my finds :-\

I carry a "child's" nose syringe in my kit bag. I use it in reverse to puff dirt and such off of the lens, then have a packet of lens cloth's and liquid lens cleaner. Invaluable items to carry in ones camera case these days........NGE

This is not my picture, so if you're the owner, please step up and claim it. I found it on one of the Metal Detecting Forums...... may have even been here. But, I saved it to my hard drive, and I use it as my background! It's a wonderful picture..... what a nice way to spend an evening! It looks like the Pup is saying..... "Whoa, that sounds good..... better dig it!"
