If they are all-electronic, then why won't the direction indicator pointer respond to the target metal, if the unit is turned on, and mounted in a vise, and the metal moved across it's "field of operation" within it's advertised range?

And therein lies the problem.

One day, the LRL promoters claim they are dowsing enhancers, and that is the reason they can't pass a double-blind test: Because if there are any "non-believers around, the bad vibes cause it to not work."

The next day, "Oh, no, it's not dowsing. It's all electronic!" But any electronic device that actually works, will work every time, all the time, no matter who is around.

You can't have it both ways, and still claim it to be a Reality.
