Hello there. I must say it was very nice to meet Cyn,and Drywalldave at the salem gold show.They are what this forum is all about.We talked about rock hunting, metal detecting and we both are going to try to get this Oregon Campout this summer,along with the help from anyone esle who can.I'm looking foward to the nice weather to get over to central-eastern Oregon for digs. Dave said he knows some good places,and I would vote that our 1st get together wolud be over there.We even talked about "TT" and want her to come up :thumbsup: Idig
 

lol the title was Idig's idea....what a great guy! Was fun to meet him and looking forward to more of us getting together as soon as possible!
 

Yea it was a great time! Cyn and I enjoyed meeting Idig, cannot wait to get out to get out in the wide open with ya. The lady who took the picture is the wife of R.V. Larson, who is the author of the book we are holding. He tells of his 50 years of prospecting, and is a hoot to be around. We told him of tnet, hopefully he will be a member, and that we would give him some free advertisment. I have his book on the dealers page. I was busy "bear hunting" but they were hiding in their den, and made a promise to Cyndi not to harm any while I was there :protest: :tongue3: :tongue3:

lol yes, David did promise not to harm any while we were there and we ended up having a very fine time! :angel4:

Thanks! It really was nice. We stood around talking and blocking the center of the aisle so everyone had to walk around us for entirely too long I am sure! lol Was like old friends getting together...just kept thinking of more things to talk about! :D

Idig insisted on the title. lol
