No, I'm not really making sense. I mean make them and sell them overseas We have plenty of guns here in the US, all that is needed this to make sure they're in the right hands. This is where we cue up the Mission Impossible theme song

Well I guess this is where we part company again Spart. We need more guns here in the U.S. namely in the hands of armed guards in front of every school public or private in this country.

You know it's funny that I was just thinking the same thing. Aren't these armed folks in every school the same people who hate the fact that have have Tsa agents and security in every airport How do you reconcile the two positions. Lets just have armed people everywhere and then we will look exactly like the type of totalitarian government that everyone says they fear.

No problem with armed guards in the schools, after all we have armed guards in the banks, are the children worth less then the money in the banks? ....There are dozens of armed guards at the schools attended by politicians kids, are their kids more valuable than anyone elses....

I have no problem knowing there is someone on a bus, train or walking down the street with a license to carry a weapon and a pistol on them....

Just more government intervention trying to solve all our prob. I guess I'm just a little too much of a libertarian to go down that road. TH you can't keep looking to the government to solve all this country's issues.

What a shocker....Tsa does almost nothing to enhance security. They only invade our privacy. They can't even profile. I know that's not politically correct but it is reality. They put more effort in to sneaking a feel than anything. Armed guards in every school is a real solution. All the guns will never be out of the hands of criminals, so how is this position wrong? Is it because it uses common sense? A armed deterrent vs. no deterrent.....whats so hard to understand?

The thought of having to have armed guards in the public school system is very troubling to me. This brings a real problem to light no Where is all of this going to end over there Make it mandatory to arm every child by the age of 10 Looking at the situation from outside of the box..... I can actually now see armed guards everywhere on patrol looking for evil vibes coming from every fully armed person that you would encounter in every walk of your life. That being a time when some of the individuals on this forum would see their dreams of a fully armed America manifest and come true. I can also see the evil government having even more highly trained and armed individuals to their ranks. A new elite government citizen policing unit all dressed in forbidding uniforms and visibly heavily armed to help keep the public in line and feeling safe. I see a future when some people will never realize that the enemy was actually themselves, fear, and paranoia. I see a big friggin mess and hope everyone realizes that this is just what I see and could be wrong. As far as the news source at the beginning of this thread... I'm not familiar with it at all. I just got a bad BS vibe when you are asked for all of your personal information and a donation as you scroll down to read the article. Anyway that's just my opinion on the matter, take it or leave it, just please don't delete it.

Fear and paranoia? Fear of the govt is becoming very real. This should be govt fearing the people instead. You have just proven me correct.
