Well I finally did it. Fired up the ol’ detector after a long hiatus . We went on a family getaway weekend and brought the detectors. Only had time to do one short hunt but did well. I got 3 large coppers, 1951 Canadian dime, chain, shoe buckle and a 1800’s sporting button. Looks like a retriever dog getting a duck. My wife got a large copper and a 1901 Vicky fish scale. She can always sniff out the small Vicky silvers. Haha
It was great to get out again and get fired up. I think we have a super old permission lined up close to home to do shortly. Fingers crossed on more finds and posts from me in the very near future! 😁👍
