Slow start to 2018 but a little silver is better than none. I did manage to find a ton of pesos and euros in a coin star. Two separate occasions, both times the reject tray was filled to the rim.... Now to figure out what to do with them.

That quarter is probably one more than I will find this year!

Zomo: I enjoyed reading your 2017 year end results tally, you keep some good detailed records. Keep it up, and KEEP STACKING. DozerD

Off to a very slow start in 2018. I didn't mention my $$$ amount of Cwr I went thru this week... Because I lost count. Lot of volume, no silver. I'm also thinking of mixing up my pickup for half dollar boxes . I've been seeing a lot of marked coin lately from 3 hunters. I've been picking up loomis and may go Garda.

Another high volume Cwr week with little to show for it. I did have to scoot across town due to a coin machine being down to make a dump run. Never dumped there before, but same credit union different branch. When you dump halves the there isn't a coin bag in the machine, but a tray. It can hold $100 in halves but has to be removed and dumped into a bag. First fill up, which didn't take long was dumped into the bag and you could hear a lot of silver... I mean a lot. I've asked before, but bank policy is not to sell bags. I tried though and they said no.... Man there has to be about $40 of face value silver in there. I'm going to try again give it some time. That bag won't hit $1k for some time so I'm hoping I can change their mind....

Also picked up a couple of older bills. The 1928 $10 is a nice bill.

Most of my 40% came from 1 roll - 11 to be exact. When I cracked it open I thought it was a solid roll. Saw the one end with a 40% and the flipped it over tho the other end and revealed another 40%. When I emptied it out into my hand it had 5 silvers on on side and 6'on the other. The middle 9 coins were clad.... Kinda making a clad sandwhich :laughing7:

Awesome scores, Z! Those pics of the Mercs and Roosies as well as the silver Washingtons and the Franklins are great!

The 12 Rosies came out of a pickup of $220 Cwr dimes. Going back tomorrow to ask for cents, quarters and nickels (no halves). The coinstar netted me a silver quarter and dime. I heard someone at the machine and did a walk by. A lady kept trying to send a few coins thru the machine but kept getting rejected . I offered her a buck for them and she said sure. :occasion14:

Just an awesome week. Boxes were awesome. I usually just do two a week, but I knew of a branch that had a box sitting around so picked it up, ended up with 4 AU bens out of it. Also scored a 2015 clad proof. Needed that for the album. The bens filled a few album holes too.

The first two boxes had two Enders each, so I was hopeful. The 3rd box also had a reverse bender. In all the 3 boxes produced 13 90%ers and 33 40%ers.

The cents only produced one wheatie, but hopeful to find a lot of goodies. I bought $20 of a $75 dump. A lot of the rolls were sorted by dates. If I was a copper guy I would have been in heaven. HH!
