"You're not a licensed buyer"

I went in to make a car payment a Fifth Third bank, and rountinely asked for halves. I don't know the tellers well here, and have only been a customer for a few months.
"Sure, I have $11 worth!" and down the line, "I have a few also."
"Oops, I'm keeping this one!"

I innocently asked, "keeping what one?"
"This silver one", teller replies.

"What do you do with those?" I asked.

"We sell 'em!"

I told the tellers I would pay twice whatever they are getting, (from the local jeweler that pays about half melt.)

"No thanks, this guy is a licensed buyer."

Ok girls, here's your sign...:BangHead:

sorry, but you picked some not-so-great colors for your fords. my friend has one, and it was the worst decision he ever made in his entire life; if you are driving on a 1-lane road, everyone in-front of you thinks you are a cop and drives super slow. Especially without your headlights on.
Kops drive F-150's ? I didn't even know they drove Fusions...well, doesn't matter 'cause I'm over 50 so, I drive slow anyways:laughing7:

Ya, I couldn't understand what fifty was talking about.

Policemen drive all sorts of modern (2013+) fords, at least in my area. Should have clarified, not the truck. The SUV is common, as is the 2013 Taurus for cops to drive. The Taurus has very similar lights to the fusion pictured. Since they are common, people drive cautiously if you come up flying behind them, slowing you down, ALOT in my friends case. I don't see what is not to understand mercury?
