You know how hard it is to find a RDIAS even if you had the 15k-20k and waited 6 months? Well that chaps me but even more so is our administration is making arrangements to just give out foreign made Kalashnikov rifles to every Syrian that says he wants to fight the Syrian army. And we will be passing out RPGs to every tom, dick and Hamid that comes along too.

First of all, if we have to do it let's at least buy American and not Czech or Russian made stamped steel.

Second, why is it these guys get to have free FA rifles and I have to wear out my finger? And you and I paid for them! Do you think we are going to do backround checks on these Syrian guys? Hell no. Are they more deserving than me?? (the mods will probably say "yes")

Third, it is only a matter of time before those RPGs are used to knock down an airliner. Not too hard to sit outside of the airport and just pop them out of the sky.

So.....I'll be shooting semi-auto and Hamid will be shooting full auto with free ammo.

Oh, Fourth thing is why is the sporting goods store restricting me to three boxes of ammo and each has to be a different caliber-when they have it in stock. Finally finding places to sell multiple boxes. But guess I don't need much more if I can't get the RDIAS (a LL will work if all else fails).

Fifth, why is it impossible to find a brick of .22LR?

Obama gets the blame for "arming the enemy". When in fact, foreign military aid has been going on for many decades. Really has nothing to do with Obama or the current administration. Our Government purchased 20 rounds for every man, woman, and child in our nation. We already had the huge stock piles (as we should have), but this was an intentional move to disarm or at least weaken our ability to stand in opposition to a tyrannical government.

I don't know who made the statements that you are seeking links for. Don't know about al-qaeda but the US did arm the Afgans when fighting the Soviets. But it is pretty common knowledge. Don't know how you would trace those particular arms as there is an active black market in that area. That said, you can never win against tribal sects on their turf.
