Fisher build a F75 or F5 thats waterproof? I want a waterproof model and LOVE the Fisher line but I want a scale/readout like a F75....and I dont want a AT Pro. There great detectors but there like ear lobes and elbows, everybody has one.

In a way Fisher already has a waterproof detector that beats the F75 and it is called the CZ-21. It has no read out because water hunters and divers don't use a screen. The coil for water proof detectors should be hard wired to solve problems with water connections. When you start using detectors near the water they either have to be dumbed down or run on lots of frequencies at once like the Minelabs. When AT PRO first came out it picked up every electrical interference generated from every source and they had to be dumbed down to not be so hot so they could be used. Coils had to be tuned, boards adjusted and some might have even had an exorcism, mine sure did.

so what your saying, is I need to get of my lazy butt and learn how to use a detector and quit whining.....HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!! Thanks for the reply, I guess in my young career as a detector I have A LOT to learn!

I think Fisher will come out with a light weight saltwater machine with a screen and I also think Garrett will come out with a multi frequency AT pro for saltwater use.
