Calabash, has my boss actually said the Legend matches or exceeds the XP Deus ll? I haven't seen that video yet. As far as I know, she doesn't agree with your Legend tests, or assertions. We are cool, I wish I could afford to SCUBA and do the things you do. The only thing I can really gig you on is the "Crocs." DUDE!:laughing7:
 

Let's be clear, Nokta is a supporting vendor here, there will be no attacks or bashing of our vendors, and neither do we need the drama here.
 

Is XP a vendor too? If so Terry needs to take down his video because he said the Deus II is a waste of money sounds like BASHING to me...I will send a email to head marketing guy at XP and see if they support this too..

I quit posting head to heads here to keep the drama down because I like posting here but I feel like the ADMIN is taking direct pop shots at me in this thread...

I have not taken any "pop shots at you", I have disputed the "no detector can compare to the Deus II" comments.

Actually, I said, "..for me, personally, the XP Deus ll is a waste of money." Why? because it is too complicated, and WAY too expensive. It's cool and deep, but I just don't want the hassle of the "antenna" at the beach and all that. If I really need to go deep for relics or gold nuggets, I'll just whip out my Minelab GPZ 7000, and watch the Deus users fade into so five-minutes ago. :skullflag:

Terry, I doubt you will see too many Deus 2 users in the Western USA goldfields doing any serious detector prospecting.
Unlike Deus 1 and the ORX, Deus 2's Goldfield simply will not hit the bread and butter .25 gram and smaller near surface gold in mineralization using Goldfield the way it is setup right now. 1 gram and up.......maybe, if the ground isn't too hot.
This is the only obvious weakness that I have noticed on Deus 2. XP might want to change the name of GoldField mode to Relic 2.............
