Went for a dig in my own little mountain community today at our small creek side park. As fate would have it, I was only here one other time this year. In February, I was overjoyed to find a 10K ring with diamonds in the lawn here, next to the creek. I was ABSOLUTELY not expecting ANYTHING today but a few clad coins...maybe...? Anyway, Julio, (my ATPro,) sang the song of his peoples while checking the lawn again, letting me know something was down about 4-6 inches with a bouncy 75 VDI. I dig all coins, so I thought that I would rescue this lost "Zincoln." Imagine my surprise when I see shiny, chunky silver chain links about 5 inches down in the hole. After a careful excavation and cleaning, I present to you this beauty...

It is a gorgeous, complete bracelet made by David Yarman, hallmarked "DY .925 / 750 Copyright." It is sterling silver with 18K gold bezel around the heart charm! It weighs in at a healthy 22.3 grams.

It has been a rough year for old Sub, with way fewer digging opportunities and medical issues in the family. Finally finding something substantial really boosted my spirits. Of course, Mrs. Sub began circling the bracelet like a "silver shark" when I brought it home. I actually would be honored for her to wear it! Thanks for looking, happy hunting to all,

Sub 8-)

PS: I have been corrected by knowledgeable jewelry folks, the maker is David Yurman. And yes, I will wait six months and go back to the park with cautiously high expectations, based on my track record, lol!

Superb find Sir, the lady must be very happy!

It really is a nice surprise! Especially when it's one that has such intricate craftsmanship!

The person who lost that would really have to be sad!

WTG!

That is an AWESOME find. Congrats! Was it really 4-6 inches down? I wonder how a newer bracelet like that ended up that deep?

Great find! Congrats... :occasion14:

Oh that's not just a find, mate, nor is it just a bracelet -- that there is pure treasure and you are one lucky man to pull it out! CONGRATS! :occasion14:

What a site to behold.
Awesome

Like Neo said in the Matrix, "Whoa"! That is some top shelf treasure there buddy. Big time score on a way cool bracelet. I hope your beloved is sporting it with pride. Also may your health and wellness come around for you too.:headbang:

Great find Sub. That is one hefty looking bracelet. I see Mrs. Sub follows the path of most of our spouses. My wife promptly snatched the mans gold ring I dug last week. It now rides nicely on her thumb ! That's o.k. though, it keeps them happy and they don't have a problem with us going out on our next outing ! Glad you were able to get out.

My wonderful TNet friends, I absolutely covet your compliments, comedy, and encouragement! I am hoping for many great hunts this fall and winter, (yes, I will dress like an Eskimo to dig.) Blessings to all! Sub 8-)

So shiny! Pretty design too! I am glad you had such a productive hunt!
