i was md around an area where there was an old still/bar/girlie house, a few miles from an old logging camp/saw mill.
i got a high squeak from my md,(i usually run in the all metal mode) and dig everything. i dug out a plug 6-7" deep, checked it and nothing, checked the hole and boy did it squeak then. used my hand to scoop the dirt up off bottom,ran it over the md, good high pitched squeal.
used my finger to sort thru the dirt,SAW THE GLINT OF GOLD, YUCK..... dropped the darn ol nasty thing in the grass, had to use the md to find it again.....used my pliers to pick it up and put in my bag. just didn't want to touch it with my fingers , it's still in my treasure box in a small glass jar.
oh! what was it
