Tonight I pulled a frozen stuffed pepper out and heated up califlower and made a small salad !

Baked egg plant with, mushrooms , onions , garlic cheese and sauce. A couple times a week I try to cook all vegee something.

Scrambled eggs, toast and sausage for breakfast
Brush hogged pasture until noon
Ham sandwich for lunch
More mowing until 3:00
Relax and have a few beers
Now I am eating 2 barbecued roast beef on whole wheat kaiser buns
and tater salad

Two slices of soft NY rye from the center of a large loaf . Slather one slice with real mayo . Cut several
slices of a bell pepper , picked from my garden a half hour ago , to cover the slice of bread . Thick slabs of sharp cheddar to cover the pepper/bread . Lay on a 1 1/2 inch thick slice of beefsteak tomato
(same freshness criteria as the pepper) that is bigger than the bread slices . Salt and a few dots of tobasco and top with the other slice of bread . Couple of slow-grilled pork ribs left over from Sunday .
If that doesn't fill the void , I'll just repeat the above

Left home at 6:30 this am just gcot home toooooo hot and to tired, to eat acnything. :P

Last night I made Fettuccine with homemade meatballs and marinara sauce, a couple of slices of garlic toast and Iced tea. 3-4 plums for dessert.
Was so hungry, didn't take time for my usual photo!

Tonight it was 6-8 slices of bacon, hash browns, 3 eggs(sunny side up),fried hominy, two slices of buttered toast with blackberry jam and a big glass of milk.
