1911 Barber Dime. Found it the first day I started at 15 years old. Also found an 1889 Indian, a Mercury Dime and some Wheat Cents. Was swinging a Garrett Freedom 1 Coin Commander, great machine and still works great. I found a lot of great coins at my Dad's house that was built in 1920. I got hooked fast!

It was a 1943 Mercury dime . I found it at the elementary school up the street from my parents house back in 1997 .

A 1948 Roosevelt dime. Found it with a Jetco Mustang detector in 1974.

1891 Canadian Half Dime (Fish Scale) found in my childhood home backyard after 2 minutes of detecting. Then all nails and aluminum shards thereafter.

1950 Quarter, found in the back yard of a house that my grandfather, father and I used to mow the grass at when I was young and before me, probably started mowing in the 60's through part of the 90's. Property was huge with 2 houses a few outbuildings with 55 acres of mow-able lawn, yeah my father and grandfather got the riding mowers while I got the push mower. Nobody has lived at the house since the early 80's so a few of our family members say it was dropped by my deceased grandfather. They also say it was dropped by him because the owner of the house would never carry around quarters, only $100's and she had never even been in the back of the house! 1%er haha

This was my first silver coin, just two months after I bought my first detector. Its my only seated coin. Kind of set my expectations too high right from the start.
