See if it "glows"...
If so...Vaseline glass...
could be depression glass or a type of iridescence glass.

I'd hate to be a fish and have to live in that, lol. I don't think it's big enough for a fish bowl. Probably just a squat vase. This piece looks new and was probably made in Mexico or Europe in the last 30 years as a decorative piece.
