Here it is its some sort of handle or something. It reminded me of the door window thing where you manually roll up the window, but not sure it looks like it was silver plated at one point?

It looks a little like a handle for a roll-up window on an automobile (manual windows).

Thats what I thought It would have to be old very old! But I want some conformation on this like a photo of it or something :) thanks for the suggestion

Yes it seems to be only thing different is the knob part is different on mine than the Ford Coupe.

Yup, automotive window crank. Most likely chrome plated at one time. Sometimes knobs get changed or a substitute is found when the original knob breaks off.
