I could have given anyone a run for their money…Back in the day…I could probably give most of the people on this forum a lesson or two, IF I decided too…careful Nick. you're the only actual prospector on this post.

I personally prefer “Ante” over “grubstake”All of the work has already been done…I have never had the need for any investors. Problems may arise with investors and they always want quick results…I am a firm believer in “mañana siempre mañana” and not “today is the day”…"Grubstake" defined within the code.
Some people are more observant than others…Reminds me of a link to a story that was pointed out to me where a well known individual in the field of certain types of deposit. Reminds me of a few "State Geologist reports" that some "Deposits" should not be there because of the age, pressures, movements etc. Some people are more observant than others…

It is where it is…I don’t know what more I can say…IF anyone ever antes up…mañana siempre mañana will definitely change to today is the day…Reminds me of a few "State Geologist reports" that some "Deposits" should not be there because of the age, pressures, movements etc.
Law Will Install Kill Switches In All New CarsSo true…I wonder what one might be able to find with a detector in some of my areas
And as for taking a car…I don’t think I’d take any vehicle newer than a 1988 model year… lol

Would that apply to classic cars?I don’t think I will be buying a new car any time soon…lolLaw Will Install Kill Switches In All New Cars

“Barr points out that the bill, which has been signed into law by President Biden, states that the kill switch, which is referred to as a safety device, must “passively monitor the performance of a driver of a motor vehicle to accurately identify whether that driver may be impaired.”
“In other words, Big Brother will constantly be monitoring how you drive. If you do something the system has been programmed to recognize as driver impairment, your car could just shut off, which could be incredibly dangerous.”
“There is the possibility the kill switch program might measure your driving as impaired, then when you try to start the car up again the engine won’t fire up. That would potentially leave you stranded.”
“Would they need a warrant to do that? Likely not. Even better, hackers could access the backdoor and shut down your vehicle.”
I have yet to see a post here made by and for "Grubstaking".I don't think many here are into "Grubstaking" do you think otherwise?
Nope as far as I can read.Would that apply to classic cars?

Likely and to add to the game you pay to "Record" it.Back in the day…Grubstaking was part of some prospectors daily lives…I personally believe said process is a suckers bet…
I remember spending over $150 at a local fair one time trying to get a coke bottle to stand up by using a stick with a piece of string wit a metal ring tied to it…The dang carnie made it look so easy…So much for OCD…I have learned a few things from life…

Life in itself is a giant game…And many pass through never realizing it…Likely and to add to the game you pay to "Record" it.
I don't see anyone here into that type of game however I could be wrong.....lol.
Not in the same league/class:I really did try to convince my daughter into taking GIA courses…And she laughed at the thought…Same with my sons…
Oh well…I wonder IF I should take the courses…IF I believe the diamond was An IF paragon diamond grade G or H…Do I really need to take the courses

I don’t think I’ll being looking for any diamonds any time soon…The odds are against me there…Plus…IF I were to try to return to where I found the Tia Juana…The ante would be far more than the ante to Santa Fe…After all…My personal thoughts are that the value of the Tia Juana at over $20 million, after being cut by a professional…But that is only IF it were truly a diamond…After all…It could have only been a piece of quartz …Not in the same league/class:
Hunter Biden was allegedly in possession of valuable diamond during divorce: emails

The gem at issue appears to be a 2.8-carat jewel that Biden told The New Yorker he got from Ye Jianming, then the chairman of CEFC China Energy Co., following an introductory dinner meeting in Miami amid Biden’s divorce.
In court papers, Buhle estimated the diamond was worth $80,000, while Biden put its value closer to $10,000, according to The New Yorker.
Biden claimed he gave the diamond to two unidentified associates who also attended the dinner meeting, saying, “I knew it wasn’t a good idea to take it. I just felt like it was weird.”
Yep the odds for most people is even lower. How about some industrial grade gems.........lolI don’t think I’ll being looking for any diamonds any time soon…The odds are against me there…Plus…IF I were to try to return to where I found the Tia Juana…The ante would be far more than the ante to Santa Fe…After all…My personal thoughts are that the value of the Tia Juana at over $20 million, after being cut by a professional…But that is only IF it were truly a diamond…After all…It could have only been a piece of quartz …
