Hello everyone i found this in a river. It stood out to me .... It seems to be carved into this shape....was wondering if any one had any clues....... any comments are welcome thank you.....View attachment 743049

I see some rounded edges but I don't think it was rounded by anyone, it may have been in a streambed or exposed in an area that had runoff for quite some time and got a little water worn.

You are correct, collecting stuff does not make me an expert, but with 50+ years of extensive study and research into Native American cultures and artifacts I think I can hold my own with many of the experts. You ask "why did I wait so long to join a treasure site". I have belonged to a number of sites, both treasure and artifact, for quite a few years. This just happened to be one of the later sites I've joined.
