View attachment 743377, I also found this in the same area any clues...
Ok thanks for the info.....and once again if i have offended any members i am truly sorry for that and once again thanks for the commentDiaz...welcome back.First of please don't call respected members idiots, even if they are yanking your chain a bit, it will just get you banned and we don't want that
Your rocks do have a bit of interest about them, and I can see why you thought they might be something else, but I to think they are naturally acuring shapes.
SS
No its not metal, the shape just doesnt seem naturalIf I told you the truth DIAZ, you would refuse to accept it and drag the thread on for weeks (like you did with your last item, insisting it was from outer space, very rare and valuable); so instead of getting dragged into your foolish games, I tried to make a joke. Truthfully I see nothing at all special about the first rock. Im assuming you Googled the word "leeverite."
I need more information on the second item. Is it metal?
Ok Thank you, i just felt like a wolf trapped in a corner by man......if you catch my drift.........But thanks for the comment........JeffThe welcome back part was sincere.
Because we tried that and it doesnt work with DIAZ. Apparently you missed the thread where DIAZ insisted his last rare and valuable find was from the Middle Ages, Viking, Roman, shot from a cannon during the Civil War or from Outer Space. Eventually the thread had to be locked down. Why can't people just respond without making smart *** comments. I see what he is asking, who knows.....but that's why this forum is here.
Thanks for the opinion......Im from Connecticut, Indians were here is what i thought , plus what i know. I did not sell the item..... Im keeping it until i can have it looked at and examined. I personally think it is a cool looking whatever it is , outer space metal, drift, weight eathier way its cool in my opinion!!! but thanks for the info and comment!!Well, DIAZ I will not bash your thread, it looks like common basalt nothing special, and "not worked" by man. And I come to that conclusion, based on the angular nature of your rock's and your location. Hope that helps mister? HH
I will ask did you sell your space metal?
Broken Knee
I know you're from Ct. and on the south western edge of the basalt intrusion in this area. Thanks for the opinion......Im from Connecticut, Indians were here is what i thought , plus what i know. why not?BUT no i did not attemt to sell the outer space item or whatever it is........
I want to find out exactly what it is ,how old it is e.c.t..... plus i like the item in question... thats why.... you cant sell something you know nothing about.... thats how i look at itwhy not?
I would like to give more members a chance to express their opinion, so the first rock you dont think looks like a stone age ax of some sort?I will say if you think this thread is solved please mark it as solved. So this thread doesn't get out of hand. HH Thanks
BK
Absolutely NOT a worked artifact, neither rock is. As I stated just common basalt. If your still in doubt post in the Indian artifacts section. I'm positive the response will be the same. HHI would like to give more members a chance to express their opinion, so the first rock you dont think looks like a stone age ax of some sort?
